Refund Policy

Ache operates on a limited-run, made-to-order presale model. Items are produced only after orders are collected.

Presale Refunds
Once production starts, presale orders become final sale.


Extended Delivery Protection
If an order is not delivered within 16 weeks after the presale closes, customers may request a refund or choose to continue waiting for delivery.


Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Orders
We will replace your item or issue a refund if:
a. You receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., major tears, rips, or damage), or
b. You receive an incorrect item due to our error.

Minor variations such as loose threads, slight color differences, or small marks that do not affect wear are not considered defects.


Sizing
Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors once production has begun.


Return Shipping
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
For all other reasons, returns are not accepted, except as described in “Extended Delivery Protection.”

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the item is verified (or after the 16-week delivery window if using Extended Delivery Protection).
