All presale items are made-to-order. Production begins after the presale closes.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed.

Please review your order carefully. Cancellation is only possible before production begins.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders are for personal use only; resale is prohibited.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

Taxes, shipping, and import duties are not included unless stated.

You represent that your payment information is accurate and you are authorized to use it.

Estimated delivery: 8–12 weeks after presale closes, up to 16 weeks in rare cases.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, carriers, customs, or holidays.

Tracking information will be sent once orders ship.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, designs, and logos belong to Ache or its licensors.

Personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without written permission.

Third-party tools or services provided through the site are “as-is” and used at your own risk.

We are not responsible for content or products on third-party websites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Ache is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly with Ache. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
